Jean Reardon, RN will be available at the Senior Center for general foot care.
Nurse Reardon will be here for scheduled appointments between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30
pm on appointed days. Please call 834-5581 to make an appointment.
The
services offered include: general assessment of the feet and lower extremities;
trimming, filing, and cleaning of toenails, reduction of thickened toenails, smoothing
of corns and calluses, massaging, lotioning and powdering of feet, referral to
MD/Podiatrist. There
is now a $27.00 fee for this service. If you can not keep your appointment pleast
let us know so that we can notify those on the waiting list. Please
take note!
Starting on September 1, 2008 the
cost of foot care
will increase to $28.00.
It has been
over three years since our last increase. Unfortunately our costs have escalated
along with the economy.
As always if anyone has a problem with the increase
we will adjust accordingly. No one is ever turned away for lack of funds.
Pedi-Care is now in its thirty-fourth year of providing quality service and a
professional program for the elderly.
